This notice describes personal and business information used when you visit SOUVEX, request early access, or use the opportunity feed. SOUVEX is currently an early-stage service. Questions or requests can be directed to info@souvex.com.

Information you provide

• Account: Email address used to request a passwordless sign-in link.
• Early access: Work email, business name (if given), trade, and service area (if given).
• Contractor profile: Company name, listed services, geographic preferences, project types and sizes, and self-reported qualifications you choose to enter.
• Communications: Information you voluntarily send us when requesting support or providing feedback.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide account access, display opportunities according to your stated preferences, evaluate preliminary project fit, respond to inquiries, manage beta participation, and maintain the security and operation of the service. We may contact early-access applicants about their pilot request and related product updates described at signup.

Service providers and technical data

The service uses third-party infrastructure including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Netlify for website hosting, and Resend for authentication-email delivery. Those providers may process technical connection or delivery information as needed to operate their services. Your browser may store authentication-session information needed for sign-in. We do not present company qualifications as independently verified.

Sharing

We do not publish your submitted profile or early-access contact details as public opportunity listings. Service providers may process information to operate SOUVEX. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect service security.

Data retention and your choices

Information may be retained while needed for your account, beta participation, service operations, security, and applicable legal obligations. Specific retention periods are not yet fixed for every record category. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info@souvex.com. Requests may require verification and can be subject to applicable legal or technical limits.

Security and changes

We use managed authentication and access restrictions, but no online service can guarantee complete security. We may update this notice as SOUVEX develops; the date above indicates the current version.
