Beta Terms of Use

SOUVEX is an early-stage opportunity discovery and preliminary matching service for specialty contractors. These terms describe important conditions for using the beta. Contact info@souvex.com with questions.

What the beta does

SOUVEX presents selected third-party contracting notices and contextual information, links to original sources, and preliminary fit reviews based on available listing information and user-supplied preferences. Features, coverage, and availability may change during testing.

Independent verification required

SOUVEX is not the buyer, awarding agency, or contracting party for the listed work. Published information can become inaccurate, expire, be amended, or be canceled after verification. Always consult the original procurement notice and current amendments for official instructions, deadlines, eligibility, contacts, and submission requirements. A listing appearing on SOUVEX does not guarantee suitability, qualification, an available subcontract, or award.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your supplied profile, protecting access to your email account, independently reviewing opportunities, and deciding whether to pursue or submit bids. Do not submit passwords, bank details, confidential bid materials, or sensitive credentials into beta profile fields.

Use of the service

Use SOUVEX lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse accounts, disrupt infrastructure, harvest other users' information, or represent beta assessments as official certifications. Linked third-party sites are governed by their own rules.

Availability and feedback

During beta, SOUVEX may be incomplete or interrupted, and listings may be limited. Feedback sent voluntarily may be used to identify problems and improve the product; please do not include confidential materials. SOUVEX does not currently guarantee a minimum number of opportunities or particular results.
